Everyone was so very genuine in their speech, mannerism and condolences 🙏 I was treated with respect and I'm very pleased with the way my Finan'ce was carefully removed from the Hospital and taken to your Beautiful place of Rest so he could return Home To Our Lord! Thank You Once Again For Everything!

A place that brings peace to the heart during what feels like, an impossible moment No one ever wants to face the reality of losing someone they love, but Eternal Valley made this difficult passage feel gentler. The professionalism across the entire team was evident, yet it was the sincerity behind their actions that truly stood out. Jennifer Luna, in particular, was exceptional. Her caring presence, steady confidence, and genuine compassion turned an overwhelming process into something seamless and humane. She guided us with grace, never rushing, always listening, and holding space for what our family was going through. In a time when hearts are heavy and clarity is hard to find, having someone like Jennifer makes all the difference. May all who have transitioned rest in peace, and may the families who come here find the same comfort and support we did as it really resonates and so did the Reverend and the bagpiper.

Please be aware that Eternal Valleys priority is to continue to keep money flowing in by locking you in with promises of taking care of you and your loved one’s but this is not true. Maintenance of the facility does not meet minimum standards and they will avoid it at all costs. My late wife’s plot is located in a new low area created by filling in roadways to sell more plots but basic soils and grading engineers were not used when creating this section and now is flooded 3 months out of the year with no access and damage to markers from the high alkali water. If you’re looking for a location for someone you love look somewhere else.

After several years of procrastination, we finally set up an appointment to make pre arrangements for me, my wife and her mother. We met with Deysi Ramirez who was great. She spent hours explaining all the details of their services. She asked us questions about what we wanted for our arrangements. She was able to answer all of our questions. She provided us with a lot of information. We never felt pressured about any of their services. She took us on a short tour of the grounds, which were very beautiful and well maintained. I highly recommend that you don't wait until something unfortunate happens to call Eternal Valley. We also found out how much prices have changed/gone up in the last 10 years. We felt relieved that we made our arrangements. We did not want to leave this for our loved ones to handle during their time of grief.

Jay was very helpful and understanding. He made the process very simple and went out of his way to meet our needs. Eternal Valley will work with you financially and spiritually to make sure your loved one is put to rest with respect. Both of my parents passed within the last 3 years and knowing I was able to take care of both of them took a weight off my shoulders. Very grateful!

Eternal Valley Memorial did an exceptional job planning my grandpa’s visitation and burial. During such a difficult time for our family, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and genuine compassion. Angela, the funeral coordinator, was especially amazing. She was attentive, communicative, and so sympathetic to both me and my family throughout the entire process. She made sure every detail was thoughtfully taken care of and always made us feel supported. Her kindness truly meant so much to us during our time of loss. We are incredibly grateful for the care and service we received and would highly recommend Eternal Valley Memorial to any family in need of compassionate and professional support.
